The IBC is a an excellent choice, but if you're going with the labelless, brown-bottled soft drink, ask yourself -- how long has it been since you've had some honest-to-god Sarsparilla. I know if I were making a fantasy beverage list, sarsparilla would at least be a second-round pick. I wouldn't draft it first round because I know it's undervalued and nobody else would pick it. I guess that trick is over now, though. Holy crap, the season’s half over?
